Ashley Martin

Hi, I’m Ms. Ashley! I am a born and raised Floridian and graduate of the University of Central Florida. This is my second year teaching at Ocean Studies Charter School.

What I love most about teaching is getting to know the whole child. I enjoy building meaningful relationships, celebrating each student’s strengths, and helping them discover what they’re capable of. I’m passionate about creating a space where students feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. I believe every child should be valued for exactly who they are.

Outside of school, I’m happiest spending time with my husband and our two boys (both Ocean Studies students). I treasure the adventures we share together. I love exploring new places, being outdoors, in the water, and making memories along the way. I’m also a lover of music and enjoy practicing yoga and meditation.

I'm incredibly fortunate and grateful I get to spend my days surrounded by curious minds, sunshine, and the ocean. I can’t wait for another year of learning, exploring, and growing together!
